Privacy policy

Applies to all websites under danielmoroglu.dev. The apps have their own policies on their pages. The German version is legally binding.

2. In short

These websites set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising services and load nothing from third-party servers (no external fonts, no embedded videos). Personal data is only processed because the server has to deliver the page, and when you email us.

3. Hosting and server logs

The websites are served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). 4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Emails are hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. We delete them once they are dealt with, unless legal retention periods apply.

5. Links to other services

Links to Steam, the App Store, Google Play or Discord open those providers' pages, where their privacy policies apply. Nothing is sent to them before you click.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just email us. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

7. Changes

We update this policy when the websites change. Last updated: October 11, 2026.
